Fall Quilt / Debbie Caffrey Mystery

This is another Debbie Caffrey Mystery that I have done. I've been doing these thru my guild. We get a set of directions anywheres from 4 - 6 months each quilt. The backing is the same as the border. I've sewn the binding on and need to stitch it to the back. I love this one!!

Another Debbie Caffrey mystery quilt I made.

This is the first quilt I made using swapped fabric. The swap was 10"squares of florals. This quilt is 6" blocks set on point.

Fall of 2006

It looks this way each fall.... but 2006 was the year I took these pictures. The place is a park on the river not too many blocks from my home. It's a very peaceful place to spend quiet time...

This is the quilt I made for my oldest son and his wife a couple of Christmases ago. This pattern was a Debbie Caffrey mystery quilt I did with my quilting guild. It's one of the prettier ones I've made.

Shopping

This morning I took my dear neighbor shopping. (They have been married 64 years!) Her husband is no longer allowed to drive. He turned 90 about a month ago. The eye doctor gave him that news a few days ago. There are plenty of us to get them out and about. She likes to go with me to shop. She said she doesn't feel pressured to get done in a hurry. We were gone nearly three hours today!

One of the things I enjoy doing is crocheting. I made this black and white crocheted scarf and beanie for a co-worker of mine.

My friend tells me...

My friend tells me 'so far, so good'.... just that I need to get a little 'content' now!

Confusing!!!

This could possibly be one of the hardest things I attempt to do....lol
