I've been on the phone with one of my sister-in-laws for the last hour and a half. Yes, the woman can talk! ....but, then so can I!!!!!!!!! We've been chatting about all kinds of things... such as the need for us to diet and why, the need for her to quit smoking and why. And, why aren't I going to a family members wedding tomorrow night. Then during the course of this conversation that covered everything she tells me about Pandora Internet Radio. Why would I want to listen to this I ask?.... because you can listen to it and do whatever it is you do on the computer. And, best of all you get to choose your own music and have your own radio station! What more could you want I ask?!! Did I mention that it's free?
So this is where I've been for the last 45 minutes.......... and it is awesome!! More than likely most of you already know about it. I always seem to be the last to know about most things. Why?!
I need to get the four table toppers finished. I'm running out of time.... my friend will be home with her mother on Sunday and one of them is for her mom to take back to Chicago with her. And, why I didn't ask is beyond me..... which one? It could of saved me the pressure of getting all of them quilted at once. Only one more top to make. It is cut out and I'll have it together on Saturday evening. Why do I do these things? .....because I love my friend...

I've been missing my daddy a little more than usual today. He passed away in July 2007 and this is my first Fathers Day without him.... I have some special memories of him.
He would of enjoyed watching golf with me today. It was the final day of the U.S. Open.... except there was a tie and 18 more holes will be played on Monday! I love Tiger Woods! I'll be anxious to get home from work to see if he won!
And, then this evening the Los Angeles Laker's played in the playoffs against the Boston Celtics. I'm enjoying Kobe Bryant and the Lakers! The Celtics are leading the series 3 games to 2. Next game will be played on Tuesday.
I hope you were able to make a special memory with your father today...
