Made for a friend

This is an afghan I crocheted for a co-worker of mine. She is one of the assistant managers. She has a new granddaughter born a couple weeks ago.... The baby's name is Penelope.... I have a picture of her with the blanket, but don't have permission to post.

That is very pretty Peggy. I can remember sitting at my mother's feet when I was young and hiding under the afghans she was crocheting. Her favorite was a zig zag pattern. I'll bet she made dozens of those.

That is so pretty Peggy. I love the feel of a new baby afghan :) My mother has made hundreds of baby afghans, aults ones...I have the most incredible bedspread she made for me when I had a waterbed :) Beautiful. Can I come over and cuddle under it?
